Terms and Conditions

Quote Validity: This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to initiate order processing for qualified orders. Orders not meeting qualification criteria require full payment upon order placement. Quotation acceptance does not constitute order placement or commencement of the order processing timeline. Order processing will commence upon receipt of the required payment. Artwork Proof/Mock-Up Policy: To maintain projected completion dates, artwork proofs and mock-up samples require approval within 24 hours of transmission. Failure to provide approval within this timeframe will result in a delay in the order's turnaround time. Customer-Supplied Merchandise Policy: Bay Area Custom Shirts Inc. assumes no liability for damage to customer-supplied merchandise during the production process. Merchandise ordered through Bay Area Custom Shirts Inc. is insured to withstand standard decoration procedures. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation following full payment will incur a charge of 15% of the total invoice value. Artwork fees are non-refundable once artwork creation has commenced. Applicable shipping and restocking fees will be applied if order merchandise has been procured. Orders cannot be cancelled once merchandise decoration has begun. Data Retention and Usage Terms: Bay Area Custom Shirts Inc. retains customer records for a period of one year. Artwork and digitized files associated with an order are for internal use only. Release of customer artwork is subject to a fee: Simple Artwork: $40.00 Complex Artwork: $50.00 Order Collection Policy: To ensure order accuracy and completeness, a Bay Area Custom Shirts Inc. representative will review the completed order with the client prior to their departure from our premises. Bay Area Custom Shirts Inc. assumes no responsibility for missing or damaged items once the order has been collected by the client. Order Confirmation and Agreement: By approving this quote, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to Bay Area Custom Shirts Inc.'s Terms and Conditions. The client further confirms the accuracy of all order details, including size breakdown, colors, services, and any applicable additional fees.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
